Keith Rowling

Managing Director

Keith joined Capita Consulting as Managing Director in April 2011. Keith is a qualified accountant and combines 15 years consulting experience with 8 years of leading managed services and outsourced service provider businesses in both technology and healthcare. His earlier career was with KPMG Consulting, latterly as a partner leading ERP and integration practices and as client lead partner for a number of blue chip organisations. Keith has also led NCR’s UK and Ireland services business as General Manager, and was subsequently UK & Ireland Managing Director for Alliance Medical.

Lesley Bosworth

Director of Consulting Operations

Lesley combines leadership experience with 13 years business consultancy experience, working with global and UK centric businesses. Working across both the private and public sectors, Lesley has held a number of senior executive positions running operational businesses delivering major business change. Lesley joined Capita Consulting in February 2006 and continues to lead major client relationships as an Engagement Partner, delivering significant multi-million pound revenue streams.

Tom Evans

Finance Director

Tom joined Capita Consulting in 2009 having held a number of finance positions within Capita Group, latterly as the Finance Director of the Harrow Business Transformation Partnership. A Chartered Accountant (ACA) by training, Tom started his career as an Equities Analyst working for a number of Investment Banking and Management institutes before joining Deloitte where he primarily focussed on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries.

Simon Rilot

Central Government Market Director

Simon brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years of assisting clients to deliver complex change programmes, primarily across central government departments and agencies. Having gained his early consulting experience with PwC Consulting and Accenture, Simon went on to lead the analysis and business architecture practice in IBM. He has developed target operating models for a number of government bodies, taken large scale transformation programmes through to real business results, and helped improve operations to the benefit of customers, staff and stakeholders. Simon currently leads the Capita Central Government Consultancy market team.

Ben Eggleston

Local Government Market Director

Ben Eggleston is the Market Director for Capita’s Local Government Consultancy Business, specialising in reducing cost and improving the organisational performance of Local Authorities through transformation of people, procurement and strategy. Ben specialises in scoping, guiding and delivering programmes involving significant change, often in highly sensitive/political environments involving stakeholders across more than one organisation. Ben has delivered a projects and programmes across a various sectors including Housing, Education, Central and Local Government, Health, Transport and Financial Services.

Tony Tarquini

Financial Services Market Director

For over 20 years Tony Tarquini has been a business leader in IT and business performance consulting within the Financial Services sector. He has worked as Client Director on business change and IT projects with many of the most successful organisations in financial services. Much of this is based on pioneering, but practical ideas to improve business processes and organisational efficiency and effectiveness. He has introduced a number of award winning IT solutions into the UK market and worked with a leading broker to develop a major e-trading network. Tony has led successful bid teams in multi million pound projects with blue chip institutions. He has managed these engagements to deliver tangible results in clients’ business performance, He has built a business practice, helped turn around loss making businesses, conceived and introduced new products and services and re-engineered sales and marketing operations. Most recently, Tony has helped financial services organisations to realise significant performance improvement by applying major change methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to their businesses.

Steve Wright

Financial Services Market Director

Steve is an FSA Approved Financial Services Transformation professional and business leader. Steve started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the early 90’s before co-founding his own consulting business which he sold to a UK plc in 2007, before joining Capita Consulting as part of an acquisition in Feb 2011. Steve has spent his entire career supporting the implementation of major business transformation. In his current role as IT & Transformation Director for Capita Life & Pensions, Steve is currently leading a large-scale team comprising approximately c700 IT & Transformation professionals with responsibility for all transformational activities across CLPS’s entire client base.

Alistair Arden

Financial Services Market Director

Alistair was a co-founder of Xayce, a business change consultancy working in Financial Services, which Capita acquired in February 2011. Together with Steve Wright and Tony Tarquini his role now involves leading the growth of the Financial Services Market Team within the management consulting arm of Capita. His primary focus is overseeing the development of a number of Financial Services client relationships and ensuring subsequent engagements are delivered successfully. Alistair has over 20 years business experience working for Xayce and previously Andersen Consulting whom he joined as a graduate in 1991. He is a Partner with extensive experience in helping Financial Services organisations achieve successful business change, typically working alongside Programme Sponsors and Directors. He has specialised in the Programme delivery of Financial Systems, Reporting and Regulatory Change initiatives. During his time at Xayce he was instrumental in growing the business from a start-up to a circa £5m revenue company through the development of long term client relationships.

Andy Shenstone

Education Market Director

Andy is the founder and Market Director of Capita’s Higher and Further Education Consultancy business. He specialises in transforming organisational performance with a focus on the Education Sector, where for over fourteen years he has worked extensively with providers, government departments and sector bodies. Andy’s focus is the development of high performing public services through people development and cultural change. He works in partnership with clients through providing skills transfer, mentoring and diagnostic services. He regularly takes the lead in facilitating discussions with top management with the aim of un-blocking barriers to improvement and change.

Sarah Atkinson

Health Advisory Market Director

Sarah Atkinson is the Market Director for Capita’s Health Advisory Consulting business. She joined Capita as part of the acquisition of Tribal’s Health and Government businesses in April 2011. Sarah’s career has been entirely within the health sector where she has played a variety of roles both within and out with the NHS. She qualified as an accountant in the NHS and after working in a Trust in Yorkshire for a period she joined the Department of Health before then launching a successful career in consultancy. During her 14 years in consultancy, Sarah has worked on new hospital developments, care pathway redesign, transformation, stakeholder engagement and leadership development. She is also a qualified executive coach and leads a team of 60 exceptionally talented individuals within the Health Advisory business to deliver lasting results for clients.

Juliet Osborne

Policing and Justice Market Director

Juliet Osborne is the Market Director for Policing & Justice, having joined Capita Consulting in April 2011 through the Tribal acquisition. Juliet led Tribal’s (and previously Avail’s) work in Security & Justice. Juliet has worked in, and with, the Public sector in the UK and overseas, for 18 years. She specialises in developing business cases and leading performance improvement projects across the Criminal Justice System. Over the last seven years, she has worked at senior levels across the full breadth of the CJS including with: the Metropolitan Police, 17 other English and Welsh police forces, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Home Office, the National Policing Improvement Agency, the Association of Chief Police Officers, the London Criminal Justice Board, and the Ministry of Justice. Prior to joining Tribal in 2004, Juliet spent eight years working in developing countries, first with the United Nations and then for KPMG on projects such as developing an anti-corruption strategy for Pakistan and a justice sector reform strategy for Bosnia.

Caroline Rickatson

Managing Director of Capita International Development

Caroline Rickatson became Managing Director of Capita International Development in April this year, following Capita’s acquisition of Tribal Helm to develop Capita’s business in the donor-funded international consultancy market. She has held a number of senior leadership positions in public, private and third sectors, and has been working in the field of international development for the last 16 years. Prior to this Caroline previously worked at Capita where she was Operations Director of CAPITA Management Consultants from 1990-95. Since then she has worked as an independent consultant, as Senior Governance Adviser in Mozambique and Head of Aid Effectiveness with DFID HQ, and then as International Director at CIPFA, her professional institute. She has worked extensively in Africa and in Eastern Europe. Caroline has had a keen interest in international matters from social, political and economic perspectives. She is passionate about capacity development and gender equality, especially in the fields of public administration and financial management.
