At the end of 2010 we acquired IB Solutions, a leading provider of finance and accounting systems.  In April 2011 we completed the acquisition of the health and government businesses of the Tribal Group, further extending the services we offer to the health market and building on other recent Health Sector acquisitions such as CHKS (health informatics), CRC (health economics), Membership Services (governance services to Foundation Trusts), HSP (staff and patient surveys for the NHS) and Inventures (health property advisory firm).
