News: Capita Consulting announces appointment of Transformation Director to Financial Services practice

Capita Consulting has today announced the appointment of Aden Lane as Transformation Director within the newly created Financial Services practice.

The appointment will see Aden working for clients within the Capita Group, as well as externally with financial services companies including banks, insurers and life and pensions companies.

Mr Lane brings over 30 years experience in management consultancy to the company, the vast majority of it being within the financial services market, where he has led and delivered over 100 client projects. Before joining Capita Consulting, Mr Lane was a member of the financial services leadership team at Hitachi Consulting.

Commenting on his appointment, Tony Tarquini, Head of Financial Services at Capita Consulting said “We have very aggressive targets to grow the financial services business and Aden’s appointment is a key milestone in enabling the practice to achieve this. 

The Financial Services practice within Capita Consulting will focus on bringing rigour, consistency and strong results orientation to business improvement and transition programmes, leveraging the substantial existing experience and expertise within the Capita Group.
