News: Capita Consulting announces further key appointment to its Financial Services practice

Capita Consulting has today announced the appointment of Nigel Foster, as a Managing Consultant within the recently created Financial Services practice. This follows the appointments earlier this year of Tony Tarquini, Aden Lane and Andrew Reader. 

The appointment will see Nigel working for clients within the Capita Group, as well as externally with financial services companies including banks, insurers and life and pensions companies.

Nigel joins the business with 13 years’ experience of leading business transformation projects within the financial services sector, most recently with Hitachi Consulting UK. Nigel has worked extensively within the UK retail banking sector, on projects ranging from back office efficiency savings, and reducing queue times in branches, to improving the service levels in contact centres. In addition, he has also managed successful projects in marine insurance.
